College Lift relies on close collaboration both with Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools as a whole, and with individual schools within the district such as Mineral Springs Middle School, East Forsyth Middle School, Philo Hill Magnet Academy, and more.

Crosby Scholars

With a view towards providing maximum support, all College Lift students are required to enroll and remain in good standing with Crosby Scholars. The Crosby Scholars Community Partnership helps students in public middle and high schools in Forsyth County prepare academically, personally, and financially for college admission and other post-secondary opportunities best suited to each student’s goals, abilities, and needs.

Data Sharing Project

The Data Sharing Project is a collaboration between Forsyth Futures, Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, and the Forsyth Promise to provide select local agencies with data on the efficacy of their interventions and consultation on continuous improvement. College Lift has received data and evaluation services from the Data Sharing project since 2018.
